Forgotten Password Procedure
Steps to follow if you have lost or forgotten your
Probus Club of Wahroonga East website password:
Step 1. Click on the Members Area tab at the top of
the website home page to display the Reserved Access Login page.
Step 2. On the left side of the page under "User
already registered?”, click on “I have lost my password”.
Step 3. Enter your email address then click on “Lost
your password?”
Step 4. Go to your email inbox and open the email received
from Webmaster with the subject “Reset Password Request” then click on the “Change
Password” button.
Step 5. Enter your new password in the two boxes to reset
your password. You will now be logged in and able to access the
restricted Members Area.
Step 6. Record your new password or save it to your Password
Manager.
