Michael has been a beekeeper for over 30 years. In his younger years he was a part-time commercial beekeeper managing around 100 hives which were located on the north coast of NSW. Weekdays after work were spent extracting honey in the shed and weekends were spent with the bees harvesting honey. When he is not busy with his bees, Michael enjoys time with his five children and 15 grandchildren.
